I know Taipan Tone used to do them, but they have kind of vanished from the earth. It appears as though they are re-building their website, so maybe they'll be re-appearing?

I liked the idea of these but as you've probably found, they're not easy/cheap to find in Europe, so I had a couple laser-cut from aluminium.
As counterboring doesn't really work with lasers, I had them made in two 6mm thick halves - the top half is effectively just trim.
Anyway, the project was abandoned so at least one of them is surplus. If you don't mind something a bit diy looking - and that requires a uniquely sized route - you're welcome to one. The one in the pics is simply sanded to a brushed/satin finish and rather roughly countersunk. I think the other one is straight from the cutter so you'd need to do the countersinking yourself. Either could be polished.
