Strat Neck Headstock Offset?

I was browsing showcase Strat necks and focusing on two in particular. Both claim to have the same specs. However, one seems to have a much more extreme "offset" than the other. How can this be? Can anyone enlighten my enquiring mind?

Not sure which "offset" is being referenced but:

• Both necks photos are taken from different angles about 180 degrees apart.
• Then add the different grain
• One being darker than the other due to being roasted

Yeah, different camera angles will mess with your mind. Considering that they're cut with a CNC, it's a pretty safe bet that they're the same shape.

The grain will pop more after roasting or staining.
