Hi, quick question: are the holes for the strap buttons pre-drilled on warmoth bodies? My guess is they are .. but I'm not sure..
Thanks!
Thanks!

These are not kits, they are parts that require careful assembly and some good basic knowledge.

Oh yeah, like I said in another post, not too many things get your heart racing like standing there over your guitar getting ready to drill that first hole. Then again, not too many things are as satisfying as sitting there playing a guitar that you basically built yourself.

The strap pin holes are the easy ones. Wait until you get into drilling the holes for the tuning key screws. Man, mess that up and your keys are not straight.
As for the strap pin screws may I offer up a suggestion? If your body is 2 piece you should be able to see the line where the pieces are put together on the back end of the guitar. I would suggest NOT drilling on that line, even though it is the dead center. My personal preference is to go above it. But going below is an option too. You don't have to go too far, just don't drill into the seam.
What I do is take a piece of masking tape and put it on that back end. I then measure the distance front to back and mark the center on the tape. I then proceed to drill right next to that mark I made on the edge of the tape. Do the same thing on the horn. You can look at another guitar to get the right area then tape it, measure, and drill.

measure twice to make sure :laughing7:
I just want it to be perfect - I could never forgive myself for screwing up .. even the slightest bit! :sad1:
Thanks
