Was that an OST to the movie highlander??? Anyway, it seems that I cannot find the song itself. Can you share a link?

Dave Beegle is a guitarist based in Colorado IIRC. He's a great guitar player, and one of his big claims to fame was the use of the Transperformance tuning system, which was a series of electro-servo-motorized-tuners retrofit into a Les Paul. The device made a minor splash in the 90's but was quickly selected out of the luthiery gene pool because it increased the weight of a guitar to roughly the same as a Boeing 747. You can see him using it on the Les Paul in this video:
