So Whats the Deal With Warrior Guitars?

your guess is as good as mine, and the dealer is not very well liked in these parts (my home town)

I went to the Warrior site...

Anytime anyone starts to talk about "breathing" wood, and the "velocity" through the wood, and hand "anointed oil", and wood kept in "vaults" and such... I just get out my micro-stillson wrench and take the cover off my BS meter, and straighten out the needle - bent from being overloaded and pegged!~

I picked one up at a guitar store one time, even though I thought it was butt-ugly, and even though I knew I'd never pay that much for something so gaudy (it had LED's in the fretboard and around all the knobs), and it felt good and played well.  It was very ergonomic and, I don't know, smooth, all over.  It was no better really, though than some other guitars I've picked up, and it was outrageously expensive, $6,000, or thereabouts.  And yeah, they're particular line of BS is so renaissance-fair annoying.

im guilty of liking LED's but on side dots like on Framus guitars, cause those are so pretty. but too expensive for the money...

I remember seeing the booth at NAMM last year.  All I got out of it was that they use the most insane looking figured wood they can find.

Regarding Ritters:

We are close personal friends with Jen and obviously we do not handle Basses in our store, at all.  We do not stock basses or bass amps and accessories.  We can have a magnificent Ritter custom built for you, at any time and we ONLY support Ritter Basses as they are the finest made.

:icon_scratch:

That is the most unprofessional, nonsensical and confusing bullshit I have ever read.

Yeah, sorry, I don't see the appeal of the Warrior guitars. They have some pretty stuff on the page but all of it looks like PRS wannabe stuff. Nothing real original if you ask me.
MULLY

JD can be a bit of an odd duck, but he's a decent builder.  I've tried about a half dozen different basses of his.  A couple were just OK, but others were pretty impressive.  He's got a couple fairly big name endorsers and I've met Adam Nitti several times.  If the basses weren't good, he wouldn't endorse them.

At the risk of starting a fight, I get the sense that Warrior guitars (as a company) are VERY Christian...

And we all know how good Christian organizations are at BS'ing for money.

look at that bridge! its gold! do you see the symbology?  the three kings brought jesus GOLD, frank n' sense, and M.I.R. (the space station). the gold represents a present given to jesus. duh. nothing else could possibly be related to jesus. nope. just the gold bridge.

But look at where his eyes are looking...
Jesus is staring down toward the output jack. He is blessing the output of the guitar. Jesus wanted us to preach the good tone to the masses, that every ear would hear.
