:icon_biggrin: yup , parts are coming in now.. Shes getting some Kluson 3x3 white buttons , DiMarzio Chopper T and Fast track 1 , & a Fender ashtray .Some Glendale metal and should be playable by the weekend  :headbang1:

Whoa! That body sure took me by scare-prize! I saw "Snakehead form Fretless" and I thought "Oooh! another simple/yet elegant build oozing with natural woody beauty..." I think I actually heard a stylus scratch across a vinyl LP when I scrolled down through the pics! -Holy crap! You really know how to keep us guessing!

I think it is gonna be pretty cool... -it just took me a moment to adjust...

tee hee , I heard that too ! Yeah even I was like wow no way , then I was like hmmf ok why not  :icon_jokercolor: it's old on new . It's gonna be a monster though with the pickup choices . I have this neck in my hands right now and it is so so sweet . Just need a few more parts and I can get it going.

Wow... it's like 1952 and 1985 collided.  That's going to be amazing.

Side note: the Snakehead looks pretty badass!  That needs to be a standard option, at least for vintage modern if not Warmoth pro as well.

Surely the Snakehead is not custom cut for you by Warmoth ?  I would love to have a template of the headstock shape.  Will it be possible for you to trace it, scan it and post it here ?  I can do resizing based on a 1-5/8" nut width from your post.  Thanks.

we'll it may not trace all that well due to that bit of volute on the back , also that is Warmoth's take on the snakehead so I don't feel right about doing that . Wanna get permission from them sure I'd give it a whirl .fyi Snakeheads are forsale in the Showcase  ccasion14:
