Small problem, big annoyment

I just bought a new amp, a rivera. it sounds great, works great, but I don't have a footswitch. I want to email rivera-amps about this problem; where can I get a new one, how can I make one myself etc etc.


but on their site there's no email-adress to be found! its very frustrating... do you guys have had the same experience? small issue turned into a major issue cause you couldn't contact the company...

I live in Europe... to give them a call thats like, major bucks. 1 minute=3$!

I don't know how much it would be for that but it coudl be quite cheap dependong on which country you're calling from.  I didn't take into consideration that you don't live in NA.

what about their distributor in EU? can you get on the horn with them and see if they can clear things up first?

I'm sure that if you called them at their home office they'd get right on it for you.  Especially if you were on the phone and calling from Europe.

Where in Europe do you live? I'm in The Netherlands and when I make a phonecall to the U.S. it's more like 3 cents/min.

Yeah, seriously.  I chat with people in Amsterdam nearly daily on Skype, and I think I spent 20 dollars for airtime like 6 months ago.

Maybe I'm not following, but why not use Skype?  You can call phones with it easily, and people likely wouldn't know.
