Size of Clearance Pilot Hole in body for neck screws?

Greetings,

Have a new body and neck coming.  What size Clearance Hole in the body for the neck screws, and what size Pilot Hole in the neck for the neck screws?  Will be using ferrules in the body in that matters.

Are you drilling these yourself?  If so it will depend on the size of the screws you are using.  Here's a good guide:
