I don't hang out here like I used to. I still love the product, but I guess my tastes have changed. I got a few emails about some sale necks recently. I'm a mainly a Telecaster player, so I was excited to see there were some Tele necks. They all seemed to be the thin profile, which holds no interest for me. Frankly, I don't much like the compound radius either, but I'll put up with it if the other options match my preferences. Unfortunately, none of them did.

I just purchased a stock conversion neck for a tele and I don't like it at all. I realize its a personal preference, but to me a 9.5" straight is so much better than a 10 - 16.

I certainly don't wish to make light of your plight, but have you tried rubbing the neck on your face a couple times to create a bond with the neck in question?

Because the Standard Thin is the perfect neck profile.

Of course it is.
Obviously if someone has hands the size of a sasquach, Warmoth is happy to put a fretboard on a baseball bat for them, but for the rest of us normal people, the Standard Thin is the shiznit.
