Short Scale 2+2 Headstock

Wouldn't the 2+2 W head look good with the short scale G4?

The short scale single cut body needs a smaller headstock, 3+1 or 2+2. The warhead 4 in a row looks too long and out of proportion on the small singlecut.

I think the reverse inline Warhead would look good with the singlecut G4.

No, only the Warhead (normal or reverse).

Warmoth told me they won't do tiltback headstocks on the shorties.

I don't know if they'd do a blank headstock.

Sorry, not going to happen in the near term.  Tiltbacks require a different set of jigs for the shortscale.  There's enough other things in the queue to address first.

Maybe down the road.  (And I would hope to pair a tiltback neck with a short scale LP or SG body.....)
