Alright, body is en route.  Decided not to cannibalize the other guitar (aside from it's neck), so I have a Schaller Lockmeister coming to occupy the OFR route.

Alrighty...I've decided to keep my other strat in tact.  This one's getting a new neck.  Can anyone make any recommendations on a wood combo?  Looking at the unfinished neck pocket, I think Maple would look really nice against the body.  What say ye??  :help:

I agree that maple would look nice with it. I'd also think mahogany, although a bit darker, might look good because of the similar grain pattern.
