If I see a showcase tele body with the bridge pickup routed for a single coil could I get it re routed for a humbucker?

Yes, you'll need to use the Gotoh Tele HB bridge

I've got a similar question,  can you get a neck single coil rerouted as a P90?  I would assume so if you can do it with the bridge to HB just want to make sure.
