Have you listened to the sound clips on the Rio Grande website?  There are two clips for the Dirty Harry pickups.  They sound pretty good.  What kind of guitar are you building?

Yeah, I've heard the clips. However, I'm just wonderin' what people's experiences have been as far as playing heavier music with them. Once I find out more about 'em I might end up puttin' 'em in a hollow Alder Strat body w/ an all maple CBS neck.
