Replacement tremolo arm for Gotoh/Wilkinson VSVG?

I bought a used Strat from a friend and it is missing its tremolo arm. It has a Gotoh/Wilkinson VSVG bridge. I've been searching on the Internet but couldn't find any sites that sell a replacement tremolo arm for this. Any suggestions where I can get one?

I gave it a good search as well and came up with nothing. The closest hit was the same question asked on a different guitar forum in June 2011 but no answers.

Allparts has tremolo arms for 'Wilkinson' which appear to be VS100 arms. Is the VSVG arm compatible with the Fender 6 screw tremolos?

I found this on Gotoh's website:

It looks like it is 0.5mm smaller in diameter compared to the VS100 arm.

Holey Crap.  Gotoh have a website. I have never been able to find anything like this.
