replacement for gotoh sg38

i have a feeling that the gotoh sg38s might be contributing to the neck heaviness on my tele.

if i were to seek for lighter replacements for these what would be the suitable candidates?

would i be able to fit grover mini rotomatics here?

Those are pretty light tuners I think. I doubt that grovers are lighter. Stew mac lists the weights of all the tuners they sell, you could check it out there.
