Rear-routed tele -- will the standard top-mount plate line up?

I'm building out a Tele that will eventually have piezos on board, and would like to have the extra space afforded by a rear-rout for the electronics.

I'd also like to keep the switch+2x knob control layout and the aesthetic of a standard pickguard+chrome Tele top.

To that end, does Warmoth's Tele rear-rout (selecting for the switch and two knobs, of course) line up with the standard plate layout, or am I better off going for a rear-rout with no holes and cutting my own?

I realize that long-shaft pots and a potential under-rout of the switch may be required; I'd rather W's CNC cut if things will work!

You can ask them to do a top AND a rear route if that's what you want. I know they have done this in the past.

This!
As I recall there are different positions for rear routes.

Sure ... this would make glomming some fancy switching a whole lot easier.
