Question about Warmoth necks

I emailed them directly, but got a somewhat canned response that didn't completely address my question.

I want to get a replacement neck made for a Peavey Axcelerator Ax (I know it's a cheap guitar, but it has sentimental value). I speced it out on Warmoth, but noticed that the neck heel on the peavey is carved, contouring to the body.  Can they do this carve, or do they strictly square it off like a strat?

Why do you want to replace the neck you have? Does it have problems?
