I have my Epiphone's EJ-200 acoustic finish chipped, I heard that Epi uses poly finish on their guitars. So my question is - Can I use nitro to repair the finish? will it lay down on poly?
The problem is that there is a huge variety of poly finishes, polyester, polyurethane etc and I don't know which exactly was used on my epi, and i cant find poly anywhere.
I would appreciate the comments of those who had experience with similar problem or has used poly at least.
