Alto or Tenor? Looks great... The pads not too worn or the buttons sticky... that's usually a problem with used wind instruments.
If you have a tenor sax, you'd be in the same range as the guiatr so learning solos etc won't be too much of a pitch shift, but with an alto sax, you'd have to tranpose and learn the Alto Clef if you wanna sight read.
I take it you know how to play it?

Sax can be good when you add a trumpet, a trombone, a punchy bassline, half reggae half metal guitar riffs, and a dark haired girl wearing checkered stockings, a mini skirt and converse shoes. I had the chance to be in a ska band once, and it was memorable. Great fun.
As for accordion... Astor Piazzolla or death. That's my opinion.
