+1

That would look good on damn near anything.  Can't wait to see the build.

pretty excited about it as im sure you know. ive been dreaming of a warmoth for almost 4 years now and finally decided to get the ball rolling. Should hopefully be built in 3-5 months around tons and tons of college essay's... it shall be my reward for all the work i will put into it. it should without a doubt keep me motivated!

now to read tons of books about the beatles... joy...

Nice buy  :icon_thumright:

I looked at it but couldn't justify having a neck sitting in the closet until I could afford another full build (like the one that is sitting there right now  :laughing7:).

If you're anything like me, you'll find that doing builds is an exquisite way to unwind after a day/evening full of academia.  I'm working on my Ph D. right now, and when i come home from 12-15 hour days of work followed by schoolwork followed by class, it is awesome to sit down at the workbench with a glass of wine, shut my mind off, and tinker with a guitar-in-progress.

I was just drooling over that one the other day. Goncalo Alves has moved to the front of the list for my dream build... I'll look forward to hearing your thoughts about it upon arrival.

Good for you Jalane. I think you'll find that when you are practicing the craft for which you are working so hard for now, the same after work strategy for dealing with stress will hold true!

Thanks man! Yeah that's the idea, work really hard now so that i can enjoy a comfortable, intellectually-stimulating faculty job in a few years.  But man, i am ready to be done.  I got my master's immediately after undergrad and then started the Ph D. immediately after that.  This is my 9th year of higher education! With 3 or 4 left to go (depending on how long the dissertation takes)...
