-Fender Frontman 2x12  Combo
-Peavy Vocal amp (Mystery amp)

Guitars:
-Ibanez SoundGear SR500
-LTD M100-FM
-ESP ALEXI-SCYTHE
-My Warmoth

And the all essential refrigerator that contains Coke cans, Millions of Coke cans!!  :icon_jokercolor:
And also a Ride on Mower and washing machine, heh heh.

Post up your practice space.

Ours is in our basement.  So part of it sometimes doubles as a laundry room.  Its nice though, since its a walk-out basement with a porch right outside it and a bbq grill close by.  I used to run a print shop, so I printed off tons of art and interesting pictures and covered the walls.

Here's a three year old pic of the practice space.  Some guitars and amps have changed since then.

Here's a recent pic in our studio of our Keyboardist/Vocalist sitting in on the congas.

Behind the rhythm guitarist is a curtain, behind the curtain is a giant pile of dirty laundry, a washer, and a dryer.

Our soundguy (a lawyer, also married to our keyboardist/vocalist) was drunk, so he video'd a practice, and got silly with the camera.  You can get a better look at our space.

Here are some pics of the new practice space here in Germany.

This place is a short walk from the house and super cool. Nice gear in good working order, great PAs, plenty of space.  In crowded NY this is like a dream rehearsal spot.

When my wife and I bought our current house, we made sure that there was a good sized room in the basement for a rehearsal space.  Here it is:

Yep, no amps, consoles, or monitors in sight!  Makes for a nice roomy feel to the space.  The fireplace is real - never heard about a fireplace in the basement before, but well there you go!

yeah, man...that's great!
I was gonna post mine...must its just a dark hole in the ground.  :sad1:

Note: really bad pictures.  I still don't know why they're on the website. we need different ones.
unfortunately we are losing this space at the end of this month.

Here's mine at our apartment, it used to be a walk-in-closet, now it's my little practice cave where I can practice my chops and record rough drafts of songs, we have an actual studio at my workplace though. Anyway, my cave looks cramped, but it's actually pretty spacious! (haha, for me at least!)

How well do those crazy Bose speakers work?  Are they loud?  Are they heavy?

Here's a quick summary:

The poles work great.  The best fidelity and clarity of any PA I've ever heard.  They kick ass.

Loud is relative.  I've used a single pole to fill a 400 person theater for a gig with my folk duo.  Note however that this was not a bar and folks were sitting down and listening instead of chatting/drinking.  In a typical small bar we play, two towers is adequate with the full band. Note that in this situation, the poles replace ALL on-stage sound sources:  PA, Monitors, and backline amps.  We use a quad bass system for the bass player and lead vocalist.  Combined with a sans-amp, this setup is the best bass amp I've ever heard - and that includes the big ampeg SVT stacks etc.

If you want to pin that death metal band that opened for you against the back wall, you'll need a tower per person.

If you take the system as a whole, they are fairly heavy.  But a single bass system breaks down into 4 parts - each part is not very heavy.  The bass bins are actually surprisingly light.

Finally, these systems are pretty expensive.  Shop eBay and save a bundle.

PM me if you want more info.
