Poplar Velocity body, quartersawn maple and macassar neck

The neck is beautiful and the body grain is lovely as well. The fretboard coloring flowing into the body grain coloring looks like a river of movement. Your choice, your guitar...but it would be a shame to lose that visual. Good luck and congratulations on the neck and body.
 
Been stalled out for a few weeks; but this weekend, good Lord willin' an' the creek don't rise, I may get somewhere.
