PMT Sonic Expantion Controls

No kidding. I install treble bleeds as a matter of course unless the customer asks me not to. Parts cost less than a buck, so I don't even charge for it.
 
In their defense, they do also have a little tiny pot on there so you can dial in the level of bleed you want.  That's probably useful to tone-chasers or studio folks who want to really nail the tone they're after without buying or renting another axe.  And I think they're not outrageously priced, considering the quantity of snake-oil and/or gotta-have-it crud available on the market.


Bumblebee capacitors, anyone?
