Planning on a Mooncaster neck + Strat body build. Thoughts?

It would be my first warmoth build. i was thinking about a Mooncaster neck, with a regular or dinkycaster strat style body. Thoughts or opinions?

I'd love to see a dinkycaster build! Way more interesting than a strat imo

"Big" headstocks, especially the Mooncaster make me want to vomit.

That's bit too weird for me. If you want to be different, put a Tele neck on your Strat - Tele neck pocket on the body of course..

I've always preferred strats this way.

Oddly enough, I like the warmoth 3x3 on teles.

I would have never thought of putting these two parts together, but this one looks fantastic:

Ha thanks - yeah the dowel in the 1st photo standing up vertically is glued in solid under the bocote inlay. I was doing really well but bocote does seem brittle/chippy and it did end up breaking in 3 pieces which didn't matter for this purpose and you can't see with it glued in and sanded down.
