Pickup route size for different pickups

Greetings,

I'm looking for maximum flexibility in pickup options for a build. 

What is the largest pickup route available?  Humbucker?

If a body is routed for the largest pickup route available (again, assuming humbuckers), assuming a pick guard is going over the route, correct to assume that a Tele, Strat, P90 and Minihum/FB pickups would all fit in the route?

Any pickups that couldn't go into this route?

Thanks for that.  Was thinking more of a rear route body, with just pickup routes on the route.  If a body comes prerouted for a humbucker, assuming some kind of pickguard is overlaid, what other pickups will fit in the route?

A stock humbucker route is not necessarily wide enough (across) for other pickups, for instance ....

• A P90 does not fit a HB route nor vice-versa
• A telecaster neck PU does not fit a humbucker route in its stock position
• I'm pretty sure a Strat PU or Tele Bridge do also not fit without compromise

A mini-HB will fit, and I think the fitertron without ears will fit. Both would require custom rings if not pickguard mounted.

Warmoth's Charlie Christian PU route is large enough for most, though a HB might be a tight squeeze.
