FYI... their neck screws are not the same thread as ones from Warmoth. I ordered a set each of long and short and, though, I don't have a thread gauge handy, I can say there are differences between major and minor diameters and threads per inch. This is problematic if you plan to swap necks that have previously been threaded with Warmoth screws as PL screws will cut new threads in the wood and potentially this could lead to stripping.
I have always ordered neck screws from Warmoth but this time I went PL because I couldn't meet the $25 min order amount and already had an order for other hardware started with PL (which lowered the shipping).
I don't have a set of short screws from W to reference but here are my measurements (not machinist precision, just using calipers) for anyone interested:
