Have two strat QP's but that is different. Also both in the neck position.

Was considering a 300k volume pot too. What is your experience?

It has been a while since I built that one. I don't think I did anything out of the ordinary with it, but I would not have checked it for any kind of variance (as a matter of practice).

What made you go with that pickup? Is it noiseless?

Heck to the noes! BUT it is 17K full and 9 something tapped. It is more for the ROCK. (It is as close to a real hummer as I can get at my age) (uh, and by that I mean the vehicle)
