Hi!

I’m building an Olympic white (nitro strat) with a warmoth 70’s maple neck (vintage tint).

Just wondering which pickup/pickguard color combination would look better:
A) White pickup covers with parchment pickguard
B) Parchment pickup covers with white pickguard.

What do you think? I attached pictures of the body as it is now

I'd probably go white and white, but if i had to pick one of those it would definitely be parchment pickups with a white guard.

If you change the color of the pickup covers, you'd need to do the same with the knobs, in my opinion. That said, I like it the way it is in the photos.

Given the choices, I would go with parchment pickup covers with a white pick guard. I think it is the more enduring aesthetic over the long run. Its classic for a reason.

Parchment with the white pickguard and controls/covers. That combination is sure to release the Inner Jimi, if anything will.

I've been thinking about doing something like this, but transparent, over a Roasted Ash. Coupled with a Pao Ferro/Pao Ferro. Alas, for the pocketbook though.

Credit cards are made of a type of plastic that needs to exercised periodically.
