That's... a pretty vague question.
The Original humbucker is like a Full Shred mixed with a JB. I'm not a fan, myself. I like the Full Shred a lot as a rhythm pickup (despite the name, it's actually pretty awful for lead) and the Parallel Axis Original just takes that sound and increases the upper-mids a bit, giving it too much 'cut' for rhythm but still not having enough fundamental grunt and output for single-note lead stuff. The Full Shred is a better rhythm pickup, the JB's a better lead pickup, and the Custom 5 is a better all-rounder.
The Distortion humbucker is very different. It's got the same EQ as the Alternative 8 but with more output across the board and yet somehow more clarity too. It's got more output than the (regular) Distortion but a little less than the Invader. It doesn't have the (regular) Distortion's lack of bass nor does it have the Invader's lack of treble, but it doesn't have the Black Winter's huge mid spike, either. I like the PA Distortion for making a Floyd guitar sound like it doesn't have a tone-sucking Floyd, though the output is a bit much sometimes so I tend to default to the Alternative 8 instead as a safer bet.
The PA single coil (actually a stack) is entirely pointless, to my ears. I tried them twice, two different guitars, but both times I couldn't hear any difference between them and the Hot Stacks I usually default to. Same EQ, same output, same response. The PAs are just uglier.
