I like this one a lot and I'm not even into green that much.

Nope, it's already "painted over" with top gloss finish.

and thats what I dont get...

not that I understand the mechanics of it.  but I just dont know why you can't have a solid burst over covering the telltale wood differences.
but. I've said that before in another forum too.

the color on that thing is friggen amazing.

As a green quilted maple top, mahogany body Warmoth owner, I must say...  Love the top... not sure if I'm crazy about the clear back though.  From the side it looks cool, but the back grain is almost too light for my tastes.  Might be nice a little darker.  The binding looks great as well.
