Ordering Rear Cavity Control Covers

It would be nice if we could order rear cavity control cover plates directly from your website just like pickguards. I know I could call in the order but I have to pay long distance charges if I do and the time difference is also a factor. I just want to be able to order a rear control cover in a different colour or finish...is that too much to ask?

What I provided was the guidance the sales team gave me last year when I did the same thing. Maybe it’s changed?

Had the same thing a month ago with an off-menu option I put in the "special instructions"; the order was put on hold and then canceled the next day and at the same time replaced by an edited "Order Placed by Store Administrator", which incorporates all the special stuff and the resulting upcharge.
