Well...I finally got it...DUAL TERROR!

I have ran it thru its paces and it really delivers. I have found both the TT channel and Fat channel are very versitile and good when playing dirty. The TT channel cleans up much better than the fat channel. The fat channel can seem muddy at times when pushed at low gain levels.

I played thru a variety of guitars including a Les Paul studio, a custom soloist with EMGs and a double cutaway LP loaded with DiMarzio BREED and EVO PUs.

Knowing the dual terror is not meant to be a true two channel clean/dirty amp, I have set it up that way. I use the TT channel for my cleans and Fat channel for the dirty work.

For clean on the TT I placed the gain around 9-10 o'clock, tone in pegged, and volume around 9-10 o'clock...increasing the volume as needed. Think Van Morrison's GLORIA! Dial back the guitar volume and it cleans up even more.

For the dirty, I used the Fat channel, gain around 2-3 o'clock (more gain can be dialed in if needed, this is where I like it), tone around 3 o'clock, and volume around 9 o'clock.

These setting work well with all power levels...7.5, 15, and 30. Obviously at the lowest 7.5 setting, you loose a little head room on the clean but this is solved bu bumping it up to 15 (switching from 2 output tubes to 4)

I have no tried pedal yet...just enjoying the tone as is.

At the full power, 30 watt setting....it CRANKS. It could push a 1/2 or full stack no problem.

I will post some sound clips as soon as I can...my parents have my camera!!!
