It has some toilet-like features, but it's much uglier than a toilet, and less practical. I suppose if you had some kind of highly productive lung disease you could use it as a spittoon, and nobody would notice if you missed. But, if I had a real need of a toilet RFN, I'd pass that up and keep looking.
