Finally stripped paint from first guitar's neck and most of its body. Applied first coat of tung to bare neck. The body is very clearly cheapo timbers glued together and cut to shape. Not sure how I'll finish it. I love the idea of keeping the black sides on!
Sanding with increasing grits is fun.

I'm sure I need to keep sanding until those light spots are even.

I'm also sure that I inhaled too much paint and wood dust today.
