from the article it looks like a scientific group has plans to study it, evidently it might hold some clues about polar shifts... :doh:

...Probably could make 12-14 guitars and maybe a few necks from that one board...So probably about 8-10k per guitar...But it doesn't say how thick it is, so possibly 24 guitars if it can be sliced in two... :dontknow:
