Ok AA pickguard/ Rebrand makeover

I just popped for an orange pearl thinline tele pickguard. I know you are too frightened to put one on your Candy Tangerine, I will show you the way sir!! It shall house a Duncan Psychlotron Neck.

On a separate note, I have been ruminating on a way to really take the Aaron Cheney persona to a whole new level. Sure, you are currently very successful now, talented, affable, employable, charismatic, etc. However, what if we injected a bit of antisocial edge to your persona? I wonder if it wouldn't be prudent to rebrand you as "Chene-Saw"? Dye hair black, get a cool grill, and start tuning down to A and doom metal out?

I am in the same boat. I tested to confirm wiring but not enough to give opinion. Have aluminum bridge plate and Wilde/Bill Lawrence L 290 TLE on the way to install too.

Compared to the mini/firebird-They both have their charms. I would say the Duncan Psyclotron has a bit more "air" and treble response and sort of puts a different sort of envelope on the attack. It is staying. Disclaimer- I have not played many Filtertron style pickups before so really can't say how it compares to other types.

Also, I asked Don O to send me his set, but he is quite stingy, and I had to begrudgingly purchase this pickup myself.
