Offset Strat Body

Yeah it is kinda cool in a really strange, this is wrong on many levels kind of way. Talk about your parts bin guitar!

But get that Trem unit plated in black chrome and it could be a looker if you kinda squinted at it.

Ouch haha I like it! I'd take a Jazzmaster or Jaguar body over that any day, but give me the option of this or a Jagstang and I'll go sideways-Strat every time

What part of that are they calling a Strat? The strapbuttons?
Just because you have a Strat headstock doesn't mean you have a Strat. :dontknow:

It sorta almost looks like a Strat. I mean come on--it has horns AND a Strat headstock to boot. :icon_biggrin: I suppose they could have called it the Jazzocastermaster, but that's just not very punchy.

I like the shape, but I'm not crazy about the oddball acoutrements.

I don't know about crack... I understand that's some wild stuff. Maybe opium or heroin. Something that would not ask for wild gyrations or a lot of effort, and would let you not care about being in tune.

Not crazy about the choice of the only bridge design in history to ever outsuck the Bigsby. The f-hole is a matter of taste, and it's not mine. The offset strat body I'm digging though.

I've always liked the long string path with that jazzmaster style bridge but that's all I like about it.

You'd have to be on crack to want that tremolo...
I guess then that Jimmy Page is on crack, and me too, cause I think it looks pretty rad on a tele...

OK Fender, step AWAY from the Kisekae....I feel like these pawn shoppers are just random collections of Fender parts and there are better designs (but maybe not $500-able) every month on the forum.

While I agree with you that it looks like Fender shook a box of parts and these are what dropped out I wouldn't mind having the '51 or the Offset Special. But not enough that I wouldn't rather put that money towards my own shook a box of parts guitar or another project (Fixing/modifying an off-the-shelf) guitar.

Oh, waiter- I'll have what HE's having.  :icon_biggrin:
