Odd reverb “warmoth/Charvel” listing.

Ok, this thing just doesn’t look right to me.
First and most odd to me is the square bottom to the fret board overhang, I don’t ever recall seeing a 22 fret with a square heel like a charvel.
There’s 0 gap between the neck and the body, which guy says is a genuine charvel body.
Any of the local experts want to weigh in on this guitar?
Is that a warmoth neck?

Weeeel, some of the old necks have a square overhang.  I've got one.  But they all had the warmoth stamp on them.

That was before Lic by Fender era. The buyer shapes their own or left as is on the overhang. Quite troublesome for finished necks though.

I also have an old square over hang neck.

Yo if that's an inlay pattern the big W used to do, they should bring it back. Offset dots are DOPE
