Expensive enough around here that people are actually getting themselves killed by trying to steal copper wiring that still has juice on it... Every so often the trains have delays because the signal wires have been pilfered. If the golf course that CB was talking about was in Belgium they would probably have their signals running on optical fibre because the whole darned place would have been dug up...

Those metal isn't like gold and silver you know they're only expensive in large amounts (like the amount used to carry 220volt 3 phase)

Oh yeah, i read about that, people are stealing power lines cause it's expensive and it makes some$$ when sold to scrap metal guys.

It's the same here in the states, dumbasses everywhere are stealing copper from houses and businesses to sell for scrap, and some are getting killed in the process. And not all from the electricity....

Fender already did this with some of their Masterbuilts. They had gold leaf offered and tangerine over gold leaf.
