wow - you can study Electric guitar at Juliard?

Not familiar with their curriculum, but I don't think she studied electric guitar at Juliard.  It was more an anecdotal response to the label "funny."  If "funny" gets you to Juliard and Berklee, sign me up.

Folks tell me I'm kinda funny.  I wonder if they'd accept both of us together - but I'm guessing only if we showed up with that guitar...

Back when I bought my Gibson ('92ish maybe) it came with the little Gibson catalogue book and had a drawing/picture of that guitar.    Never saw one in person though.

Never been crazy about it, but at least it's different.

I don't think I could convince myself to ever buy an Epiphone, but a well constructed version of that would be nice.  :icon_thumright:

Ironically I saw this exact guitar in a small music shop in Atlanta/Roswell, GA yesterday. Couldn't believe it was in their, and it's in great shape if anybody is interested.  :icon_thumright:

that is extremely cool! can't say i like the pickguard, but i do like the design of the thing. which reminds me... anybody seen these? apparently new from gibson this year. when i saw it they made me think of this thread

except that i actually LIKE the guitar being discussed in this thread, and absolutely hate this new gibson they've come out with.
