Very cool story ! She is definitely doing good work, and sounds like a great success rate.
(A couple years back I bought an old former convent, and the rectory was a huge room perfect for jam studio. Then an injured Husky came along, and one thing led to another... and I lost my music room to the dog nursery. But she's doing good work here...)
