It is a nice guitar. You guys did a nice job on this run. My second choice was the blue/purple one. But this one adds to my blue-greenie herd now.

Well, I’m in your top 2 ! The MH got the Schaller S series, huge improvement over their original design with just a nut. I used to carry a 1/2” deep well socket in my gig tools. S series are what I have on almost all my guitars/straps.

For over sized buttons ya might want to look at the Well-Hung over sized buttons. Well made and large. His straps are also top notch.

And, I agree, those Gibson LP buttons are the worst. Almost dropped my 81 LPC decades ago when the strap came off the button while playing live.

I've been a Schaller straplock junkie for decades now, and really appreciated the improvements in the "new" version (from what, about ten years back? ...dont recall exactly)
Regardless, lately I have been pondering getting off the S-lock bandwagon as for some reason i have become a lot more sensitive to their frequent "squeeky-noise" sound effects

The new ones are definetly better! Wish I could use them for my taylors too but the squeek doesn't really bother me as much anymore.

i would content that Aaron's production work is "the secret sauce" that keeps Warmoth building bigger and better things for us every year.
And I always cheer when a fellow working rock musician secures steady 'gainful employment' (maybe even a pension and medical benefits!) through their extracurricular activities...
