thanx everyone.

it was a pure fluke this ended up red dye on quilt maple, I`ve got 3 other guitar bods coming, another strat thats rear routed w/ triple humbuckers but otherwise the same as this,
then an LPS chambered carved top w/ quilt maple rear routed and triple hummers
then an SG w/ quilt maple top rear routed and triple hummers also.

they are all gonna be dye finish and the 4 good looking colours were
red
blue
green
and purple.

it didnt really matter to me which one had which colour, they all will look super.

then a j bass w/ quilt maple top in jungle burst

and finally a std thin birdseye maple conversion neck for my old ibanez ga300 w/ triple hummers as well

DAYUMM!  Holy crapoli!

A. Those are going to look great!
B. I wish I had your budget.
C. You'd better post group pictures when everything is together.

I catch hell because I'm drawn towards red guitars and have a few.  On top of that, I really like quilted tops.  Soooo, yeah, I like it...a lot!!!!  And I don't want to ignore the neck.  That's a beautiful piece of lumber as well.  Great choices!

Before you make any holes, you should modify the pickguard to show off more of the maple top! Love that dye.

I second this. Lose the bit that goes up around the lower horn. I saw that someone on here had a pretty nice modified Strat pickguard ... just can't remember whom. :tard:

My English skills are simply not enough to describe what I think about that body... Me like very much...?  :icon_jokercolor:

It's absolutely awesomely gorgeous! I really wouldn't mind if my first Warmoth guitar will look like that...  :icon_thumright:
