Hello all, back again!

I just ordered my Warmoth & all necessary parts for my project except for the wiring stuff. I do not know one single thing about electronics  :dontknow: So I was hoping I could play it safe & get some help from people here!

From what I read I want two 500k pots, and a 3-way toggle switch, correct? (Two humbucker setup)

Other than that, I literally have no idea what to do. Idk what wire to buy, or how much? I dont know what a capacitor is? And I certainly dont know which wire goes where. I have the luxury of my best friend being a certified in micro-soldering, so he can do all the work.. but we need some kind of guidance, a wiring diagram or something!

The only thing I know about my pickups are this: The bridge pickup has "two conductor, braided wiring" & that the neck pickup looks to have the same wiring, but Idk the details. My bridge pickup is a Gibson Classic 57' Plus, and the neck is a Fender Wide Range Humbucker pulled out of a MIM Fender 72' Deluxe Reissue. (Here is a wiring diagram for the original 72 reissue I ripped it out of, it obv makes zero sense to me -- http://support.fender.com/service_diagrams/telecaster/013-7500C_SISD.pdf )

Here is a picture of what itll look like when its all done! (Sort of irrelevant, but oh well!)

:redflag:  Be aware ..... (as you are using different brands of pickups)
Gibson and Fender use different coloured wires from their pickups ... as do other brands !!

More wiring diagrams here too ....

Depending on which route you got for your jazzmaster, a Wide Range humbucker may not fit.  They are, for lack of a better word "wide" and tall compared to most humbuckers you'll find.

Really? :O ..Oh crap!

I got the "Top Rout" option for controls & "Humbucker - Wood Mount" option for both pickup routs. I cant find a good neck pickup that sounds that good clean but still breaks up really well for bluesy stuff, and sings for high gain stuff! A lot of people arent fans of those reissue WRHB but I love the neck one!
