Outstanding! Good for you! Although, I can't believe you didn't spring the $20 for stainless frets. That's like a no-brainer. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone being sorry they put on stainless, and most were very glad they did. I'd never order a neck without them or the gold frets. The comfort level is just too great, they wear forever, and the cost is less than a case of beer.

Probably, though me using a world wrongly wouldn`t be exactly something new, don`t you say?

Doesn't bother me, man. It's what makes you stand out......in a good way. But just for future reference, adorable means "cute". Like you could say that a young child is adorable. Doesn't really go with guitars......unless the guitar has some kind of Hello Kitty graphic on it. Hahaha!

Strangely, I dont wear down frets that much. My old guitars frets looks like new.

The added wearability is just icing on the cake. The feel is the real benefit. They're glassy-smooth, making bends and vibratos much easier.

Yeah, and an extra 20 bucks or whatever will guarantee that you will never have to worry about it with this guitar. I'll never go back. When my Clapton is ready she's getting stainless.

sorry to microjack your thread -

While we're on free design software - anyone know of a free software to mockup guitar electronics?
I suggest that you start a new thread on this topic, instead of filling this one with software-talk.
:)
