Naw. There are too many compatibility issues with various bodies, pickguards, and other pickups. Off-menu only.

While, we're at it, can we get a wink/nudge for off-menu reverse-angle Jake E. Lee style single coil mounting? Or the ability to put jazzmaster pickups in more bodies?

I thought I would be more drawn to the reverse P-Bass mount, but it was similar enough I wouldn't consider it a dealbreaker. Might have to rewatch with headphones...

With the pickup on by itself, I prefer the standard positioning, but with both pickups on, I thought it sounded better reversed.

Regular position hears more of the fundamental on the low strings. SD QPs for the win!

Wow, shifting the pups into the opposing positions really produces a different sound. I kinda liked the reverse sound better, but have no idea how it would be "in the mix". Didn't realize those pups could so easily be repositioned.
