I'm just curious, and i'm pretty sure it's a stupid question, but i'm thinking about ordering from the E-Store.  I would like to know if  you chose options like a neck pickup rout and a recessed original floyd bridge (on a body with just X X H routing) means that the wood will be carved into to make room for them.  I just wanted to know before i started this project, so..if someone could tell me that would be great. Thanks.  Add: Do i choose input hole and side jack hole, or just one, and what's the difference? :help:

Yep, that's correct, the body will get the additional routing "carved" into it.  It's done by a computer-controlled router, it looks great.

When ordering from the E-store, drop down menus will appear for things such as additional pick-up routes and bridge drilling (if the body has not been drilled yet).  You make your selections from those drop downs, and they do the rest.  If you order additional routes it will lengthen the time you have to wait to get it by a bit, but they do a fantastic job.  When I did this, I was very paranoid, and called them the next day that they were open to make sure they got all my info correct, and of course they had, but they were still very understanding on the phone!

I've got one more question.  What size side jack hole should i use for an sg?

The standard 1 3/4" thick body or the optional 1 1/2" thick body?

I used a 7/8" hole with square jack plate.

You could also use a 3/4" hole with football shape plate or a 1/2" hole with the deep panel jack. It's all up to you.

Just one.

The side jack hole is what we have been talking about. The input hole would be referring to the face (top) of the guitar. I don't think you want one there.
