New purple strat... for $60!!!

Pawn shop score.  No name on the headstock, so they had a $65 tag on it.  I only had $60, so they sold it to me for $55, after tax it was just under $60.
It plays extremely well.  I haven't had a strat in my arsenal for over a year, it was quite refreshing to use during band practice last night.

The store had two more with the same headstock shape and extremely low price tag, a blue strat and a tele.  Its a kit guitar, I found 'em on ebay.  Gotta say I'm thrilled.  And I'm tempted to go buy the other two.

Already looking into it.  The pickups get pretty microphonic and squeally if I'm not cautious about how I have the amp set or if I get too close to it.  I'm gonna do the GFS route as its a fairly inexpensive guitar to begin with, and as a small business owner, I'm fairly broke.
