new pickguard

I am not sure if this is the right forum or not.

I just got my pickguard from warmoth today!

what do you guys think?

i had to reshape the control plate part to get it to fit right, and that looks crappy, but oh well.

i had to dremel drill out a little piece of the neck to get it to fit right. the squier neck is about an eighth of an inch wider than it should be...
i dont give a shit about the neck, just as long as it works, until i get my warmoth neck back (sent it out to be epoxied)

btw, i also ordered a cream pickup cover, but the holes were different from the pole pieces on the squier pickup...
i tried to drill the holes as big as i could so that it would align right but it still didnt work.

so thats 2 bucks down the drain. oh well.
