Thought I would post a pic of my guitars new little Orange buddy. I very rarely get the chance to play loud so I wanted to get a small amp that sounded great. I've been looking for quite some time now and decided on the Orange CR20LDX. I couldn't be happier with this amp, excellent clean sound, effects are great and the mp3 adapter along with built in tuner are an added bonus. If anyone is looking for a great sounding little amp go try one out :icon_thumright:

So you like this amp? Hopefully I will be getting an amp with some post-christmas money. I sold my big 50 watt tube amp before I came back to school, leaving me with an extremely crappy SS budget amp. I am in serious need of a new amp and after reading your little review and have done some research and it seems pretty cool. How's it doing now?

I think my little Ephi is going on the way out and I will soon be looking for a new practice amp.
I am looking for something with guts as it duels as my miced amp most of the time, I do not bring the stack out much unless we are doing an outdoor thing with out micing everything.
Funny how Amps are, you find your dream amp and then you need another.

Like I said, I looked around a lot and just couldn't find "the one". Other than sounding great you can't beat the price, they could easily charge over $200 for this amp. I think it would sound great mic'd into a house PA or, like me, sitting in your family room. I thought I wanted the VOX AC4TV tube amp but the deal breaker for me on the VOX is the lack of a headphone jack, plus the Orange has a lot more option and of course.....it's an Orange.
